In a significant stride towards strengthening bilateral relations, the Arab-Hellenic Chamber, in coordination with the Federation of Saudi Chambers and the Saudi-Greek Business Council, organized a high-profile business gathering. The event was held on 17th July 2024, at Macedonia Hall, Divani Caravel Hotel, and marked a pivotal moment in Saudi-Greek economic cooperation.
The meeting commenced with an introductory address by Mr. Rashad Mabger, Secretary General of the Arab-Hellenic Chamber. This was followed by speeches from distinguished leaders, including Mr. Suheil Hassib Sabbagh, Vice President of the Chamber and President of Human Resources at Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC), Dr. Abdullah Al Kuwaiz, Vice President of the Saudi-Greek Business Council, and H.E. Dr. Saad Al-Ammar, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Greece and Dean of the Council of Arab Ambassadors. The speakers underscored the enduring and strategic relationship between Greece and Saudi Arabia, emphasizing the numerous opportunities presented by the Kingdom’s Vision 2023. They highlighted Greece’s active participation in various Saudi projects which underscore the mutual benefits of this collaboration.
Following the formal addresses, the Saudi delegation engaged in productive business discussions with their Greek counterparts across several sectors. These interactions can pave the way for new channels of communication and foster robust business partnerships between the two nations.
The Arab-Hellenic Chamber expressed its readiness to support and follow up on these meetings to further facilitate the realization of the initiatives and partnerships discussed over the course of the meetings.
